Terms of Service

By enrolling your child at Small Miracles Childcare: • You agree to provide accurate, complete enrollment information as required by TX DFPS • You acknowledge receipt of our Parent Handbook and agree to its policies • You authorize us to obtain emergency medical care if needed • You agree to keep immunization records and emergency contacts current • Enrollment is subject to availability and completion of all required documentation • We reserve the right to deny or terminate enrollment for policy violations

Payment terms for childcare services: • Tuition is due weekly, in advance, regardless of attendance • Private Pay rates: Infants $250/week, Toddlers $235/week, Pre-K $225/week • A non-refundable $75 registration fee is required for Private Pay enrollment • CCS/TWC subsidy families must provide valid authorization letters • Late payments may result in a late fee and/or suspension of care • Two weeks' written notice required for withdrawal • Refunds are not provided for holidays, illness, or voluntary absences

Operating schedule and attendance policies: • Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM • Late pickup fees apply after 6:00 PM ($1/minute) • We observe major holidays (schedule provided annually) • Children must be signed in/out daily by authorized adults • Photo ID verification required for all pickups • Only persons on the authorized pickup list may collect your child

For the health and safety of all children: • Sick children must be kept home (see illness policy in Parent Handbook) • We follow TX DFPS safe sleep guidelines for infants • All medications require written authorization (Form 2936) • We are a nut-aware facility; please notify us of all allergies • Children must be current on immunizations per TX state requirements • We conduct regular safety drills and maintain emergency procedures

Our approach to guidance and discipline: • We use positive guidance techniques appropriate to each child's development • Corporal punishment is prohibited per TX DFPS regulations • Persistent behavioral issues will be addressed with parents/guardians • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate care for safety concerns • Children must treat staff, other children, and property with respect • Parents are expected to support our behavior guidance policies

Record keeping and document retention: • All enrollment documents are retained for 6 years per our retention policy • This exceeds TX DFPS requirements by 5% for added compliance protection • Parents may request copies of their child's records at any time • We maintain confidentiality of all family information • Records may be shared with TX DFPS inspectors and CCS caseworkers as required • Digital signatures on forms are legally binding
