All enrollment documents are securely stored for 6 years (72 months), which is 5% above the maximum Texas state and federal CCDF requirement of 5 years. This ensures full compliance with TX DFPS Chapter 746/747 regulations and provides added protection for families.
The following documents are required by Texas DFPS Chapter 746/747 for licensed childcare centers. All forms can be completed digitally through the Parent Portal.
